SubsCovered is a certificate-of-insurance tracking service for general contractors. We extract information from certificates you provide, track expiration dates and coverage against requirements you set, and send renewal reminders to your subcontractors on your behalf.
SubsCovered is a tracking and reminder tool — not an insurance broker, adviser, or guarantor. We do not verify that a certificate is genuine, that the underlying policy is in force, or that coverage is adequate for your projects. Decisions about which subcontractors may work, and responsibility for insurance compliance, remain yours. For coverage questions, consult your insurance professional.
Your certificates and records are yours. You can export everything at any time, and if you leave, we delete it on request. See the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubsCovered's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from expired, invalid, or misread certificates.
