What we collect

Signup details: your email address, company name, and approximate subcontractor count, when you submit our signup form.
Certificates of insurance and related documents you forward to us, which contain business names, policy numbers, coverage details, and contact information.
Usage basics: standard web analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics, and technical logs via Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

How we use it

To provide the service: reading certificates, tracking expirations, and sending renewal reminders to your subcontractors on your behalf.
To contact you about your account and, if you opted in, about the founding program.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run SubsCovered (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor once billing is live).

Storage and deletion

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. You can request export or deletion of everything we hold — certificates, contacts, account data — at any time by emailing us; we complete deletion within 30 days.
